At Avian Food Processing Private Limited, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable experience for all our customers. As we deal with fresh and perishable products, order processing begins immediately after placement to ensure timely delivery and product freshness. Please review our cancellation policy below.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing them, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
- Once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun (cutting, packing, or dispatch), it cannot be cancelled.
- To request cancellation within the allowed time frame, please contact us immediately at info@avianfoods.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
2. Order Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product unavailability or stock issues.
- Inaccurate or incomplete delivery details.
- Payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Unforeseen logistical or operational constraints.
If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund (if applicable) will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Refund Timeline
- For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- The actual credit to your bank or card account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders for raw chicken, meat, or other perishable products that have been processed, packed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled due to food safety reasons.
- Once the product leaves our facility, cancellation is no longer possible.
