We currently deliver within Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and selected nearby areas.
Our delivery network is continuously expanding ā please check availability for your pin code at the time of order placement.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders placed before the daily cut-off time are processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed the next working day.
- Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation to ensure maximum freshness.
Please note that order preparation includes cleaning, cutting, packaging, and temperature-controlled handling to maintain food safety.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 6 hours depending on your location and product availability.
- During high-demand periods, weather disruptions, or operational challenges, delivery times may vary slightly.
- Customers will receive real-time updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if applicable) once the order is out for delivery.
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Free delivery may be available for orders above a specified value, subject to promotional offers or minimum order requirements.
5. Delivery Process
- All deliveries are made through temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure product freshness and hygiene.
- Customers are requested to be available at the delivery address during the expected delivery time.
- Our delivery personnel will attempt delivery once; in case of non-availability, the order may be marked as undelivered and cannot be rescheduled without additional charges.
6. Inspection at Delivery
- Please inspect the product upon delivery before acceptance.
- If you find any issue such as damage, contamination, or incorrect item, please report it immediately to our delivery executive or email us at info@avianfoods.com within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Avian Food Processing Private Limited is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Re-delivery (if possible) may incur additional charges.
