At Avian Food Processing Private Limited, we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and freshness in all our poultry and meat products. Since we deal in perishable food items (raw chicken and related products), we have a specific refund and replacement policy to ensure fairness and food safety.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Due to the perishable nature of raw chicken and meat products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  1. The product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or contaminated at the time of delivery.
  2. The product is incorrect (different item or quantity than ordered).
  3. The product has been tampered with or improperly sealed upon receipt.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a product that meets any of the above conditions, you must:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide order details, delivery proof, and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  3. Contact us at info@avianfoods.com with the subject line:
  4. "Refund Request – [Order ID]"

Reports made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be considered due to the perishable nature of the product.

3. Refund or Replacement Process

Once your claim is verified by our quality assurance team:

  1. We may arrange for replacement of the affected product at no extra cost, or
  2. Provide a refund through the original mode of payment (processing time: 5–7 business days).

Our team reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the evidence provided and product condition.

4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

We will not be able to accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

  1. The product was stored improperly after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated).
  2. The issue reported is subjective (e.g., taste, texture, or cooking result).
  3. Delays caused by incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability.
  4. The product was partially or fully consumed before the complaint was raised.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
  2. Once the order is confirmed and processing begins, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.

All products are handled, packed, and transported under strict temperature-controlled and food-safety conditions to ensure freshness upon delivery.
