At Avian Food Processing Private Limited, we are committed to delivering the freshest and highest-quality poultry products to our customers. As our products are fresh and perishable, we follow a clear and transparent return policy to ensure both food safety and customer satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

Since raw chicken and meat products are perishable, returns are accepted only under specific conditions, such as:

  1. The product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or contaminated at the time of delivery.
  2. You received the wrong product or incorrect quantity.
  3. The product’s packaging is tampered with or unsealed upon delivery.

We cannot accept returns for products that have been:

  1. Stored improperly after delivery (not refrigerated or frozen).
  2. Partially or fully consumed.
  3. Complained about after 24 hours of delivery.

2. Return Request Procedure

If you believe your product qualifies for a return or replacement:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide the following details to info@avianfoods.com:
  3. Order ID and contact number
  4. Description of the issue
  5. Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Please use the subject line:

“Return Request – [Order ID]”

3. Inspection and Approval

  1. Our quality team will verify your claim based on the submitted evidence.
  2. If approved, we will arrange for pickup, replacement, or refund as applicable.
  3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Products correctly delivered and meeting standard quality.
  2. Items that have been handled, opened, or cooked after delivery.
  3. Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or dispatched.
  2. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
  3. Refunds for valid cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.
